Description
Tea Lovers signature chai black tea infused with delicious Australian bush honey. Also known as ‘Wet Chai’, this sticky tea is brewed the same way as leaf tea, creating a delicious honey chai straight out of the teapot. Add a splash of cold or steamed milk for extra indulgence.
Ingredients: Black tea, Australian honey, cardamom, cinnamon, clove, anise, nutmeg, ginger, black pepper.
BREWING GUIDE
2 teaspoons per cup (250ml). Steep for 5 mins in 95°C water. Add a splash of steamed or cold milk. (Guide only, please adjust to suit personal taste).
*Barista Chai Latte: In a milk frothing jug, add 20g sticky honey chai tea and 200ml soy milk (or milk of your choice). Using a milk steamer, heat until very hot (65-70 degrees).
