This quality white tea from Anhuai Province, is sometimes classified as yellow tea, due to a special fermentation process. Its beautiful sage downy green and silvery buds create for a pale yellow infusion. A mildly sweet aroma with toasty notes and hint of fruit. A must try for connoisseurs.
